3. How Stream Media uses the personal information it collects about you and the purposes for which it collects and uses it

For functionality and development of the Platform and Stream Media Services. We use information to provide, display, and customize the Platform and other Stream Media Services offered to you. Other business purposes that rely on the use of your information include data analysis related to testing, modifying, improving, or developing new products, services, and technologies, and identifying trends. We do not retain personal information to develop, improve, or train general AI or machine learning models, including data provided by the user through third-party APIs, including but not limited to Google Workspace APIs. Use of Stream Media and transmission of any information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services Data Usage Policy, including limited usage requirements. We use cookies to make our websites and the Platform work more efficiently, and to provide analytical information. Update functionality may automatically scan your system to see if there are files that need updating or improving to provide you with the latest security features, versions, options and controls associated with your systems or devices. We rely on the information to analyze performance, improve and maintain the Platform. We also rely on the personal information you provide to provide customer support for the Stream Media Platform and its other services, and to verify eligibility for promotional offers.For business operations. We use information to administer our business, for example, for accounting, auditing, billing, settlement, and collection. Other business purposes that rely on the use of your personal information include monitoring and preventing crime or fraud, protecting our legal rights, and enforcing contractual obligations. 4. How Stream Media Protects Your Information

5. When does Stream Media share your information?
We work through our partners to provide the Platform and other Stream Media services. We also work with authorized vendors and business partners. With affiliates and subsidiaries. For limited purposes and consistent with this Privacy Policy.With suppliers. Our authorized suppliers may need personal information to provide services we have contracted with them for, such as product delivery, website hosting, data analysis, IT services, auditing, or customer support. We use a variety of software and tools in Stream Media, and we process personal information using these tools as part of our normal business operations. Our contracts with suppliers and vendors include provisions to protect your personal information and limit its use.With Partners. We sometimes have relationships with third parties who are not suppliers or vendors but work with us to provide certain opportunities, such as marketing and similar promotions, enabling joint products or research studies, or facilitating services on the Platform. 6. Children's Information
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16 — or the equivalent minimum age in the jurisdiction, such as 13 in the United States under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
